  • Reviews come from verified RentThyme users — subscribed landlords and property managers, and tenants assigned to a RentThyme property.
  • Only reviews whose author gave RentThyme permission to publish them are shown publicly. Everything else stays private product feedback.
  • No personal property or account information is ever exposed. We show a first name and last initial, the reviewer's role, and their own words — never an email address, phone number, property address, lease detail or payment information.

Frequently asked questions

Who can leave a review?

Signed-in RentThyme users only. Landlords and property managers leave reviews from Feedback & Reviews in their RentThyme workspace and need an active paid subscription. Tenants leave reviews from Feedback & Reviews in their tenant portal once their landlord has assigned them to a RentThyme property. Visitors to this page cannot submit a review.

How are reviews verified?

RentThyme already knows who you are from your account, so we never ask a reviewer to declare their own role. The role shown on a review card is the one on the reviewer's RentThyme account, and eligibility is confirmed on our servers before a review can be saved.

Can I edit or remove my review?

You control publication permission at any time from Feedback & Reviews inside your account. Withdraw it and your review is removed from this page and kept as private feedback instead. Reviews are also never published automatically — the RentThyme team reviews each one first.

Is feedback about my landlord, tenant or property?

No. RentThyme reviews are about the RentThyme software only. This is not a landlord-rating, tenant-rating, property-rating or vendor-rating system, and we do not collect or publish that kind of review.
