Permitted use
RentThyme is intended for legitimate property management: managing properties, units, leases, tenants, charges, maintenance, documents, and communications you are authorized to handle.
Prohibited activity
- Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Accessing data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
- Using the platform to harass, discriminate, or violate tenant/landlord law.
Enforcement
Accounts that violate these guidelines may be suspended or removed. Questions can be raised through the Contact page.
